The Ball Toss On The Serve

Another great video by Yann.

Its about the ball toss on the serve, and the reason I like this particular video, is that Yann uses a club player to try out his ball toss idea.
Now there is nothing unusual your going to see here, in fact his practice is very old, BUT what I do like is how his pupil “struggles” with what she is trying to do.

Why do I like to see her struggle? The reason is that this is a very difficult action, and when you see the videos of the top players serving, they make the ball toss easy.
So it is very difficult to continually place the ball correctly, and as this video shows, practice is needed.
