This has and is a difficult time for the sport of tennis. The ATP and WTA have cancelled all events and not sure as to when they will start again- even Wimbledon and the entire grass court season has gone.
For us coaches and the clubs and players its also a difficult time, not sure agian when we will be able to start up our sport again. The sooner this virus is over the better and all of us can do our bit by “staying at home”.
There are lots of ideas out there on You Tube as to how you can maintain your fitness and your strokes and below I list a few good ones to watch or try out.
