Los Gigantes Team Events Starts Saturday

The start of the tennis season out here in Tenerife, sees several Los Gigantes teams start their 2012 competitions.

Starting with the girls, the Los Gigantes Over 35 team (new competition) start their season with an away match against Puerto Colon in Las Americas.The team will be Irene, Lynda, Cuki and Elena.

Also in the squad for the first time is Charlotte Wellon, who will be playing in the 2nd match.

In the mens tennis, Los Gigantes fields 3 teams in the island Absoluto league (all ages).Los Gigantes A,B and C.

The mens A team will play their first match on Sunday in Los Gigantes against a strong Garachico team.Match starts at 11.30.
