The next time you have a moan on the court - the sun-the balls-the bounce-the time of day-the price-or off the court about the price of coffee- have a think of the these two sisters from Puerto de la Cruz.

The Villamandos sisters Beatriz and Raquel, recently represented Spain in the 2009 Summer Olympics in Taiwan.

They lost early on in the doubles, but Beatriz (photo below) went on to reach the final of the ladies singles, where she lost to the World's No 2 from Germany.

The girls are actual Spanish doubles champions.

But what makes them so great, is that both of them are deaf.

In 2007 the two girls represented Spain in the World Deaf Championships in Munich, where they won the bronze medal in doubles and singles.

So the next time you think to have a moan, think what it must be like for them.

Felicidades Beatriz y Raquel.
