Jim Courier is back to play in the 2011 Champions Series, and it was interesting for me to see his typical weekly work out for a guy of 42 years( yes I know he was once No 1 in the World)

In the old days he would train for a possible 5 sets, but nowdays the matches are a little over 2 sets, so here is his weekly schedule for the next 5 weeks:

1. Play tennis four times a week for 90 minutes each time (mostly playing sets/baseline games).
2. Hit the weight room (two to three times a week for one hour) to keep toned, not to bulk up
3. Hit the track for some sprint work (50′s, 100′s, 200′s) (once a week for about 20 minutes of intervals)
4. Do on-court foot drills for agility (once a week for about 20 minutes)
5. Stretch (daily)
6. Get massage once a week

What I would like to point out to all us "oldies" is the time he still spends in the gym and stretching and doing on court footwork, so working out the above he does

6 hours on court hitting
3 hours a week gym
20 minutes sprint work
20 minutes on court footwork drills
Every day stretch
Massage once a week.

How many of us go to the gym?
How many of us do on court footwork drills?
How many of us do sprint drills?

Answers please!
