As we all know the serve is based around the all so important ball toss.
And if you are going to emulate anyone then Pete Sampras had probably the best serve in the World, and his ball toss and set up was just so consistant.
To view his ball toss in slow motion, Brent Abel on his great web site, has put a movie that I think you should all spend some time watching, and then get out there and try to put it into practice.
