Restaurante Lupulo in the plaza in Alcala, just a 6 minute taxi ride from Los Gigantes and area, is a great restaurant to visit.
A not too big menu has lots of diiferent types of foods, as we discovered when visiting the other night. Starters such as home-made pate served with figs and peppers stuffed with mushrooms in a paste, served with different sauces were both tasty. Fish or meat main meals, including fish of the day, but we shared the lamb served with sliced potatoes and finely chopped mixed vegetables. The wine list has either local good wines or a range of top wines from mainland Spain.
