Great Britain handed home tie with Tunisia
Whoever thought Kazakhstan, a post-Soviet republic that has never been known for its love of tennis, would be in the elite 16-team World Group of the Davis Cup and that Britain, a grand slam nation, would be drawn in Group Two of the Euro-African Zone to meet Tunisia, a country with only one player in the top 1,000?
